Found over $3078 in lost items while treasure hunting in a lake. ⛏

Not only did we find 3 lost iPhones underwater in the lake, we also found a goldmine of sunglasses, 2 knives, fishing gear, camp chairs, and other treasures while scuba diving for lake treasure at Lake Simtustus here in Central Oregon.

You never know what you’re going to find and/or get yourself into on your next treasure hunt, especially when you go scuba diving and hunting for underwater treasure here in Central Oregon with friends.

On this episode of Adventures with Purpose, MrLeisek sets out on another underwater scuba diving, treasure hunting adventure at Lake Simtustus here in Central Oregon with a few diving buddies.

Every time we get in the water and go scuba diving, it’s a new treasure hunt which never disappoints as we tend to always find a goldmine of treasure and garbage along the way.

During this underwater adventure, we were blown away at how much underwater treasure we found in so little time.

We found sunglasses, lost iPhone(s), a scooter, camp chairs, anchors, fishing gear, knives and other boating accessories.

But that wasn’t all as we always seem to find the run of the mill bottles, cans, dog toys, clothes, and even a towel on this one.

Have personally pulled 1400+ pounds of garbage out of the lakes and rivers this year. … 〽️

At the end of the day, we feel amazing about our efforts with all the garbage we remove from the lakes and rivers in our attempt to help save the planet, the fish, and the animals. 🐟

  16. It's actually shocking to see what people dump in the rivers and dams, just those rope's were a hazard, anyone could have got caught in it, and drowned. PEOPLE SHOULD THINK BEFORE DUMPING – DANGER LURKES EVERYWHERE…. I ❤ what you're doing, God Be with You Jared everytime you go diving.   21. Man, I'm glad y'all keep to mostly northern lakes and rivers; no gators! I live in AZ now but I'm a multi-gen Florida native and grew up with them; have any of you ever had to dive any place with a gator population?

AND do you resell or give salvageable sunglasses you find? You and the people you surround yourself are a fun bunch of folks with big hearts. Thank You for what you all do.

  36. Ok still watching…someone explain to me why all the sunglasses? And really we ought to be ashamed at all the junk in our water! No wonder it's all polluted!
