The NTSB is investigating what caused a cargo ship to slam into the Francis Scott Key Bridge in Baltimore, Maryland, early Tuesday morning, killing six construction workers who were on the bridge at the time. Two bodies have been recovered as of Thursday morning, while four others are presumed dead, according to state officials. Mike Singer set up the camera that captured the now-viral video of the bridge collapsing.
