1. It doesn't matter if inflation is going down, what matters is year over year compounding inflation from the years prior that have wildly reduced purchasing power. It would take years or even decades of wages outpacing inflation to undo the damage and get us back to where we were in 2019 in regards to purchasing power. This is like 5th grade math by the way, I don't understand why news outlets pretend like they don't understand it.

6. Paying higher wages shouldn’t be an excuse for inflated prices because if that were the case we were better off with our lower wages! Businesses are too greedy and want to keep their profit margins as wide as possible so they refuse to absorb the cost and try to pass it on their consumers which is not good practice in the long run. One of the pool companies we hire for maintenance raised their prices and we asked why. Their excuse was increase material supplies and paying their employees for vacation! I understand the material supplies but why is it my responsibility as the consumer to pay for your workers vacation hours? We are planning on switching companies and will NOT refer his business to anyone we know and may share this negative experience if anyone asked us about their business!

9. The media, CBS, ABC, NBC, and MSNBC are the lapdog of the government. Whatever you hear from them is propaganda classical they push an agenda that most people would vote against if they were able to and they had a discerning mind. Why don’t you Cbs be the watchdog of the government. If you guys would do your job properly and investigate both sides of the aisle instead of picking your agenda, we would be a lot better off as a country. Do you remember when Obama said what do I have a magic wand Trump had the magic wand and he unleashed business in the United States. Cost were much lower for many things, I believe either you guys are totally corrupt or just evil we could be producing all the natural gas and oil that we need and export it to the world but instead, we rely on China and Saudi Arabia, trying to make sure things they have no quality control. They have no environmental controls so we’re allowing them to pollute their land worse almost uninhabitable.
