They definitely don't show the badguys as cold-blooded killers (Except for maybe walid). The panthers family probably got more screen time than dorons family in the first season. And the panther is shown to have a few good traits but is blinded into thinking that his bombing are a morally righteous. Al Makdasi was a man out for revenge. He wasn't doing this because he was and Islamic extremist or a nationalist. He could have been of any nationality or race and his story still could have played out the same. And the main charecters do often kill civilians that are barely a threat. And I do think that the show takes a little bit lightly. However they don't play heroic music over it or even make the action super exaggerate. So you can't say they glorify there action that much.

what in the propoganda is this? Fauda is a great show watched by so many palestinians (they love it) that they attempted to create their own version in Gaza, its a great Israeli show that accurately shows all sides of this bloody conflict. quit hating. make your own show if you think you can do better. They wouldn’t show the Palestinian characters if it had nothing to do with the plot. They’re a counter terrorist unit so they’re not going to show everyday Palestinians living their life, they show people associated with terrorists inadvertently and overtly. God forbid Israeli soldiers act like humans when they aren’t doing their job.
Such a bullshit review. While it's true the show is thin on historical context, no one claimed that it's a documentary. No sane, honest person could watch the show and say the Israelis are portrayed as angels, if anything the line betw good guys and bad guys is blurred.
I visited Israel years ago and the Israeli intelligence units use Middle East Jews, many who speak Arabic very well in their undercover operations. In some units it is compulsory for the members to speak Arabic.

This is very special TV series, have addressed very well the Palestine conflict. It is a conflict of the heart more that a clash of race or religion, and we must see it with the eyes of one humankind, one Creator an one explanation of the human condition. These two people kinds, Jews and Palestinians are so similar, they are from the same descendant roots of the Abba Abraham. What have made them apart started right after the true and only struggle took place. Began when Abba Abraham first born Ishmael embraced the belief of another gods and religions rather than keep his father's and lost his inheritance. Ishmael went astray from there and his descendants, the Arabic people got later on united around the teachings of the prophet Mohammed. Should we put blame on wife, Um Sarai's the decision to ask Abba Abraham to lay with her maid Hagar after finding she could not bear a child to him, because she was barren? Quite the contrary, she was providing in her best intention to fulfill her role as the mother of the coming generations and for this she was the first pioneer on creating what we know today as surrogacy. In my opinion, once we understand the roots of this millennial conflict, this medium of contemporary media communication as a TV show series, help us get educated about the similarities of Jews and Palestinians. But I declare hereby that I see a path of redemption for both kind of human clans for we hear all the time, "my people this, my people that". Why not start teaching that Humanity is one kind of sentient beings, by teaching their new generations about "love thy neighbor and not to hate each other," to stop the violence, to stop the killing, to stop the vengeance, to seek compromises that will bring a win-win situation, to turn the poverty of Palestinians into self sufficient motivated people, for they have the abilities to be great traders, hard working people, to have more opportunities and invest in the future not in destructive paradigms of terror and despair.( Doron tried this with Bashar). To see Jews following the law of Forgiveness and providing opportunities to its cousins and most of all, to learn to live as one human race, to trust each other, to embrace each other, to love each other. It is mostly in the hands of Palestinians to start the process of healing their consciousness, to forgive and forget the past, to embrace the future in peace and brotherhood of the Human spirit. For this to happen, they both must learn to share ONE nation, one VISION, one TRUE GOD for both worship the ONLY GOD for it is only ONE GOD. When this will take place? SOON, very soon, when HE arrives to Jerusalem and reign for thousand years.

i havent seen any islamophobic content in the series….we all know the organisations, responsible behind terrorist attacks and if we dont know, those organstions itself releases the statement, taking responsiblity of attack…so that we get to know who is behind those. and that is what shown in the series..and the whole world is currently facing the same issue…not just israel…
