Former President Donald Trump stopped to address the media before closing arguments in his New York civil fraud trial. After a Wednesday decision, Trump will not be allowed to deliver his own closing arguments. Judge Arthur Engoron had said he would have allowed Trump to speak if he stuck to “relevant” matters. Lawyer’s for the former president would not agree to those terms.
