How was Hitler able to expand his Third Reich and take over more and more parts of Germany?

After the expansion of the Third Reich, Hitler made his first move onto the European stage. But Rudolf Hess was the biggest loser in the Third Reich. Because Rudolf Hess was replaced by a new player, Martin Bormann. After he had taken care of the renovation of Hitler’s residence, the Oberalzberg, Bormann enjoyed Hitler’s trust. So, Martin Bormann replaced Rudolf Hess as Hitler’s second-in-command. For Hitler’s 50th birthday, the inner circle wanted to show their loyalty through extravagant gestures. For example, Goering staged an impressive flight list of his air force.
