According to democRATS, for biden you have to “prove” a crime way beyond the standard of “beyond a reasonable doubt”, but for Trump even when the alleged victim testifies on your behalf, under oath, and states that they were not only not harmed but actually benefitted financially from doing business with you, and would like to do business with you in the future, you still get “found” (not proven) guilty and fined $454 million plus $100 000 per day in interest.
