Why would he have to pay that amount if he had already indicated that he would appeal the verdict …perhaps in a court that was not rigged outside Georgia?
Moral of the story: To use your free speech without getting sued:
1. Don't use names when speaking your opinion.
2. Use analogies and hypotheticals and only hint them concerning current events.
Then they cannot prove you were speaking about them and they have no case.
The sad reality is that some people deserve to receive defamation because of their bad actions, but they win defamation lawsuits somehow.
Example: Trump and Biden certainly use their free speech to defame each other, but who should win a defamation case?
Good riddens. As for the girlie reporting here, I don't know which planet she is from.
It was a trial without discovery or defence. He could not face his accuser. The judge formed a jury with only the amount of money to be decided, not actual guilt or innocence. Clearly his rights were violated. It will be tossed on appeal. The process is the punishment.
This was all a part of Get Trump by Democrats using the corrupt Democrat Judges and DAs .
The judgment was an absurd amount of money. What of the acts committed in this case, against the voters of Georgia? Why was ballot counting being conducted without the required observers? What was the chain of custody/security of the suitcases of ballots? Where did they come from? Why were they shuffled back through the counting machines numerous times? So many things about this case stinks to high Heaven. God help us!
Wah 🍼🍼
I watched a lot of sworn testimony about ballots being double counted and ballots being counted after watchers were told to go home. How many of those are in jail? I have no doubt in my mind the election was stolen. Watch 2,000 mules and see many ballots being deposited by one person. . 9:14
👌👌✔✔🆗🆗👍👍
The media reported on it and that should be held responsible but it also shows how corrupt the courts can be. To think that is a fair judgment tells you the same goes for the trial
So, you shouldn’t have lied and built a fake laptop
$148M for defamation? 😂
If defamation is so pricey how much can trump sue facebook, cnn, msnbc, google, etc for? Gotta be in the hundreds of billions total right?
Two term Republican mayor of the greatest city in the world, that personally helped to tranform New York City from a dying crime ridden metropolis to a economic and cultural renaissance, known for law and order, who was once known as 'America's Mayor' that handled the 911 attacks, a successful ex-Federal Prosecutor for New York winds up being villified and hung out to dry while failed Chicago mayor Laurie Lightfoot who ran her city into the ground gets a cushy high paying educator job at Harvard…..C'MON MAN! Now, think about that.
What's a Constertution? You mean that old wooden sailboat in that there Boston? I ain't seen no Constertooshun in these parts for quite a spell and I don't much like gettin no dang Bill for Rights either cause, I'm not gonna pay it!
