Not only outside protesters are prohibited on campus, Columbia's own students are forced to study online at home so they could not form groups on campus grounds. Even those extreme measures pale in comparison when university chancellors got kicked out and students arrested for protesting for justice. It's unthinkable that the Biden administration is violating the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution on freedom of speech. It is clear for everyone to see that U.S. policy is being hijacked and commandeered by a certain group of extremely influential and wealthy people.

The argument is literally not that a president could just have someone killed lol. It says you can’t charge him just because you don’t like him.
The court decision will only be monumental if they decide that there is NO presidential immunity. It has been long accepted that presidents cannot be indicted for their actions in office. If they could be then states would just criminally charge the president whenever he did anything they didn’t like and prevent anything from happening.
This feel like the Vietnam war protest. The government is making the protest bigger by trying to put down dissent.
