  1. I totally don't understand what these guys are saying… DeSantis bad??? How about Newsom???? DeSantis needs to work more on the insurance agencies that are killing homeowners choice!

  2. People need to abandon the woke trend. It's clearly not working and people are rejecting it. Companies like Disney and Anheuser-Busch are being wrecked trying to pander to ESG and DEI mandates. Nothing good has come out of woke in the last few years. All it's done is divide America and destroyed entertainment as a virtue signal.

  3. @1:40 Robby, we speak English, not lawyer. "Censorship" is an English word with meaning outside of the legal system. If I say someone "slandered" my reputation, I as a lay person am not saying "someone met the legal definition and standard of proof for me to accuse them of legal slander," but I just mean "slander" in the traditional sense of the word in our language. "Censorship" is the same. In fact, one of the most common forms of "censorship" usually involves people whose job title is literally "censor" who are in charge of ensuring the content their company produces doesn't cross certain boundaries (sometimes dictated by law and regulation, but also company policy).

  4. Some of DeSantis choices are justified and makes sense maybe not this one. Preventing identity consciousness ideology that is not appropriate in public schools makes sense.

  5. The question of what makes a person feel shameful is a parallel to the question of what is "hate speech". Neither can be legislated, because neither is even slightly well defined. Anything could be deemed hate speech, just like anything could be deemed to make someone feel shame. Legislation needs to be exactly defined, or thrown out.

  6. A society cannot function without a government. Too many rent-seeking idiots would enslave people leading to mass atrocities.

  7. For the COVID vaccine current data show overall its worse for young males to take it. With DEI training it's racist and in the military a majority security issue that hurt recruitment.
