  1. Most people feel like an "impostor" until they prove themselves in a new job. It provides motivation and willingness to work hard. "Impostor syndrome" is just another label for something that is normal.

    I figure that most people who don't feel that way are in for a rude awakening unless they are somehow "protected" or a favorite of management.

  2. It is always heartwarming to see someone we might refer to as, " an every day person ", being acknowledged to represent the people of the working class in society's higher eschalon. It reminds us that, " the glass ceiling ", is not unbreakable. Ms. Dyer is a living example of the powers of self determination and dedication to purpose❣️
