This show has degenerated into the person on the left hectoring the person on the right whenever he speaks. It's a miniature version of all tho other mainstream media. Establishment (for the most part) scolding (anti establishment) for the most part. It's uncomfortable to watch now because one gets the distinct feeling that they dislike each other.
