However, his meta narrative that the election was not fair is becoming clearer and clearer each day. Four years of Russiagate (a Hillary conspiracy) and a beatdown by the MSM of the Hunter Biden laptop story (fully pushed and supported by the Democratic party) successfully created an environment that influenced and shaped the election. Bri has such TDS. What Trump did by drafting an alternative electorate can be justified by him demonstrating he believes the election was stolen. That is the law. Smith needs to convince the jury beyond a reasonable doubt that Trump didn’t believe the election was stolen, effectively that there was no fraud supporting his position, and that he actively sought to overturn a completely valid election result. There are numerous cases of proven voting fraud across the US. There are also computer science professors who have written papers about the risk of voting machines…
EOD, none of this matters because the unless the venue for the case moves outside DC the jury will find Trump guilty of whatever they are asked to, just like the NY judge found guilty before the trial started.
