The trial that could remove Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis from her central role in the Georgia election interference case against former President Trump is set to continue Tuesday. At issue is the timing of a romantic relationship between Willis and Nathan Wade, who she appointed special prosecutor in the case.
Terrence Bradley, the former law partner and divorce attorney for Wade, is expected to take the witness stand after Judge Scott McAfee ruled that not all communication between the two is confidential under attorney-client privilege.
Proceedings are slated to begin at 2 p.m. EST.
