Major candidates and their spouses began receiving secret service protection after the assassination of Presidential Candidate, Senator Robert F. Kennedy in 1968. It was passed on June 6, 1968, the same day as he died. It's repugnant that his own son is denied protection.
And RFK's house was broken into twice, with his family there one of those times. He has been in danger several times. It's total garbage that he isn't being given protection. Disgusting!

I think it's obvious why this administration hasn't granted RFK secret service protection.
They want him out of the picture and protecting him would go against their interests.
Not only has Kennedy suffered the incident at his rally with the militantly armed assassin, but has also had at least two other incidents that I know of where in armed Intruder gained access to his home, once even making it to the second floor while his wife and other household members were present. This isn't just Kennedy's life that is being threatened. His family and friends are in danger along with everyone that goes to one of his rallies it's more than shameful of the Biden Administration to deny Kennedy Secret Service protection, it's criminal conspiracy against the man and campaign interference seeing as how he is paying 1/3 of his campaign money for private security.
