ByteDance, its parent company, has more than nine months to arrange for the sale of TikTok to an American entity, which is intended to prevent the continuing collection of American user data by ByteDance, which, like all Chinese companies, MUST provide any and all data to the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) if the government demands it. THAT is the provision in the bill President Biden signed. STOP LYING.

This all started when trump had a rally in Tulsa on the same day of the anniversary of the destruction of "Black Wall Street" .AMERICAN Tik Tok users ordered tickets online to the rally and then deliberately didn't show up so the rally would be sparsely attended. trump found out,and wanted to ban TikTok immediately. Just remember, the majority of Tik Tok users will be voting in November. What in the world do you think the Chinese are going to learn from MILLIONS of "twerking" young adults?
