  1. Oh, come on. We all know that the value the court gave his properties is NOTHING close to what they are actually worth. Also, all of his contracts told the lenders to do their own appraisals, not to take his estimate. That is how everybody does things. If his name was not Trump, this would not have happened.

  2. This huge amount is an abrigement of the 8th Amendment: "Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted." The Supreme Court will eventually rule against James and Engoron.

  3. Trump is poised to make billions off of Truth Social's public offering. Passing the cost of his legal woes onto unwitting consumers comes right out of his business strategy of using other people's money – a strategy that resulted in numerous bankruptcies.

  4. Any person who calls him/herself an "analyst" who doesn't see this MISUSE of Law, victimless "communist style" RIP-OFF (to any person/company) as unjust and abnormal, is not worth the paper s/he writes their "analysis" on, nor the microphone's nor keyboard's electricity charge s/he is using – The World's BIGGEST and Most Sophisticated Investment Bank Deutsche Bank otherwise making alternative small loans to small businesses? What kind of analysis is this??

  5. Feigning ignorance of the law is no excuse for what democrats have been doing to Trump, his allies and to the American people. This is especially true with our law makers and their judges, AG's and DA's. Democrats with sociopathic mindsets have a belief, that if the end justifies the means, than so be it, even if it means incarcerating innocent Americans or allowing hundreds of thousands of Americans to die from their decisions, like what we have been seeing as a consequence from their open border. These facts, coupled to many more examples, prove beyond any shadow of a doubt that the democrat party is a party controlled by absolute evil and that it will do anything and I do mean anything to retain or to gain more power. There is nothing wrong with choosing one ideology over another, but there is something terribly wrong with supporting evil of this magnitude.

  6. That case is pure corruption. Anyone would be insane to incorporate in NY. 1: There's no jury. 2: The judge ruled him guilty before the trial even started, based on absurd one-sided evidence.

3 : The case is about fraud, but there's no one who was defrauded. The bank stated they made a lot of money and would do business with Trump again. 4: The judgment amount seems to be pulled out of thin air, making it close to impossible for anyone to raise. 5 : That Judge is most overturned Judge in NY.
This situation highlights how corrupt the law is in NY, as an international bank would probably prefer to loan money anywhere else in the US or the world instead.
