  1. Another scandalous lawyer that seems dumbfounded by half the questions asked and that is also clearly deceptive and has serious matters to hide. Nice law firm they were running there.

  2. I’ve always felt kinda on the lower rung of the intelligence ladder in this type of atmosphere, I feel satisfied that if these bozos can pass the bar exam I wouldn’t have that much of a problem with it!!

  3. Here’s what I’m watching, what is seems like to me is when the judge reframes the question in a way with the witness understand it, the witness is answering the judges question. Not the question being asked by the cross examiner.

  4. FANI WILLIS DAY 1: "I'm here…I really wanna be here !!!"

FANI WILLIS DAY 2: "OWWWW….that hurt….Me no wanna play no mo !!!"

First and foremost, DO NOT BE FOOLED by anyone telling you Fani was dying to testify and her claim that “I very much wanna be here and testify!”. Bullcrap. I will prove it. Fani fought her own subpeona tooth and nail—right up until Thursday. She also fought everyone else’s basically, too. That said, Fani absolutely watched ALL testimony and since Wade perjured himself–she opted to crash the courtroom to play cleanup and save HERSELF. She totally threw him under the bus and even called him a misogynist indirectly. If this relationship wasn't over–it might be after today.

A defense lawyer almost NEVER puts his client on the stand as a general rule. UNLESS…the DA's case went so well, or the defense'a case is going so badly—that there is no other choice. Fani saw Wade get demolished and decided "I gotta do something". If she didn't watch testimony–how did she know when to enter the courtroom–and what specific documents to ask for to rebut Ashleigh Merchant?

Fani’s own lawyer was shocked to see her and was still arguing for the quashing of the subpoena. The judge was about to rule when Fani barged in. By listening to the testimony, Fani violated the rules and should have been precluded from testifying. More alarming and a MAJOR violation was that Fani admited on the stand that she “listened to the arguments”. Therefore, she listened to the evidence, which formed the entire basis for arguments Thursday. This violates the “RULE OF SEQUESTRATION”.

This rule mandates that no witness is allowed to be in the courtroom during testimony of others, or listen to any testimony or evidence at all. She ADMITTED that she did this. It si on reord and in the court transcript. Her entire testimony should be stricked. Further, she should be disqualified. Just with THIS action alone—Willis clearly showed she has no respect for the rules of evidence or law.

  5. I don’t have it in my phone and I can’t recall that.

Let’s go to the transcript from the phone company…

  6. These people forgot what a question is and how to answer a question but when ms what you talking bout Willis DA office was locking people away they knew exactly what a question is and how to answer it 💯
