Kudos to Amber who definitively shoots down Jessicas THEORY by pointing to THE FACTS. When Jessica came back with the thing about how these acts aren't happening in the more seedy areas where there are homeless encampments, I realized how clueless she is and Amber set her straight. Was it just my imagination or did Jessica look very disheartened her theory did not match the facts? If so, does she have an agenda here or is she or should she be more concerned with addressing what is more likely the problem which is we have mentally deranged homeless people who are not getting treatment they need.
