The only time that I felt unsafe was when I was falsly arrested by D. Carmen of the lmpd on my own property for "failure to use a turn signal." I flipped him off because I thought he was the cop that kicked me in the ribs while I was having a conscious seizure the year prior. Charges dismissed absent probable cause. But I still spent a couple hours in county for something I didn't do.
