  1. that jury decision regarding the lowball award tells me that community's racism goes beyond just the police… they should be ashamed of themselves.

  2. Look how mean the cop is. Can you imagine how much more meaner white folks had the right to be and act totally crazy during the proud history of American slavery?

  3. How it should’ve gone.
Sargent: why do you have your weapons drawn?
Officers: we had a report of a stolen vehicle, matching the description of yours. Do you have your license and registration proving this is your vehicle?
Sargent: yes, sir may I grab it please?
Officers: please do. “ approaches closer, realizing he is in the military.”
“ lowers voice a couple octaves”
Excuse me sir why didn’t you pull over a mile back when we flagged you ?
Sargent: I didn’t want to pull over on the dark side of the road. I knew there was a well lit gas station up the road, so I wanted to pull over where it would be safe for all of us.
    Officers: putting away their firearms.
Thank you sir sorry to scare you. As officers we get some crazy calls and have to be ready for anything but it looks like we got the wrong guy.
Sargent: being in the military, I can understand that. it’s OK. Is there anything else I can do for you officers?

  4. Most of those officers are obese how can they possibly pass the weight requirement for officers, when a department makes exceptions for their officers they're capable of anything to protect them, next time you encounter a fat cop ask them how they got past the weight requirement

  5. So many civil violations. Why is he being asked to get out. Lying on report. Illegal search of vehicle. Trying to clean up the act afterwards. Report to Office of Professional Standards. Thank you

  6. You're generally legal analysis isn't too bad. But your moral and personal analysis is not great.
One officer who violated no laws, and one officer who arguably violated one law get an f.
A military member who violated three laws, gets a b.

  7. Treated exactly how he wanted to get treated… this was an act of civil disobedience and wasnt needed…. he couldve easily cooperated but he watches too many civil disobedience videos and doesnt know the law

  8. This guy clearly was in danger of being killed if he got out of the car, with the cops bringing that much aggression, or at least it clearly could have seemed that way. I totally buy him not wanting to get out because he thought any weird movement at all in any way would set them firing (and the guy literally said he was "fixing to ride the lightning" as he approached him? Come on).

  9. I might be mistaken but it seems to me the cops didn't see his temporary tag therefore he shouldn't have been pulled over at all 12 of the big waste of time and that guy should get paid for it and I mean the driver of the car that they mistakenly and they're not supposed to make mistakes they're supposed to enforce the laws and they made a mistake the guy was legal and the cops made the mistake end of story

  10. Guys. Haven't you learned ANYTHING? Don't commit a violation when you are blax! Don't drive cars being blax!
And of course you will reach for your permitted gun when your eyes are full of Zyklon-B! And why should the cops give a criminal "his eyes back"?? He would only become dangerous again!
Besides, firing cops who wrongly (who says so, wrongly!!) arrest BLACK MILITARY CRIMINALS is quite stupid, precincts will have no cops left! You can 't have precincts without cops!
    [seething sarcasm]

  11. It was the smartest thing to pull over in well lit area with people present , giving the cops reputations & being black.the Lt. kept asking why?.. when he should have fist stated his reasons for not pulling over immediately & have a basic knowledge of cops not liking not pulling over. Smart to keep hands visible, if he bring a hand inside! They could and may very well have shot him! but he could have tried to open the door from outside..cops crazy instructions, maybe a tactic to shoot people. “Stop resisting!” While they beat people and have the person in a position that they can’t put hands behind back..excessive force history of cops would let you know if they were a good cop on bad day or a Bad Cop having a good day!

  12. you're allowed to drive to a location whre you feel safe

you're also allowed to defend yourself with force if you feel legitimately threated for your life+safety, which this guy has every cause to be

  13. I'm only at 1:43 and I'm already disappointed with the driver.
Now at 18:44 and I don't believe the stop had anything to do with race. The officers were both plain stupid, but the sergeant was a complete disgrace. More than thrilled that my Virginia state taxes do not support that bastard anymore.
