  17. Sgt Lopez is a high school GED grad with remarkably low IQ and EQ. Another hero who thinks everyone is El Chapo while ridding the city of in the road criminals. Another example of a police culture who has total disdain for the citizens they're expected to protect and serve. His inability to control his emotional stability will result in a fatality for some innocent citizen. It will happen because no one disciplined or terminated this thug for his unprofessional track record. The payout from the city will be karma.

  46. got caught trying to be a smart ass and know has to explane how he backed into a parked car when he had at least 3 spots open and in front of his bros now lets blame it on the bystander and arrest him, how did this guy get to be sgt, bet his hemroids have been torn out and he wears dentures so he can take his teeth out when called upstairs to his boss
