The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a missing person. 17-year-old Reminisce Brown was last seen on Tuesday, August 13, 2024, at 8:00 a.m., on the 16XX block of North 15th Street.
She is 5′ 4″, 120 lbs., thin build, brown eyes, black hair, medium brown complexion, and tattoo on her right forearm. Her clothing description is unknown at this time.
