Central Detective Division is seeking the public’s help identifying the individual seen in the following video clip.
On May 30, 2024, at approximately 6:35am, the victim, a 30-year-old female, was at the comer of 2nd Street and Arch Street when an unknown white or Hispanic female grabbed her by the neck and took her cell phone. The suspect then fled on toward Independence Park. The complainant was able to track and recover her cell phone in a nearby trash can.
