The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a 12-year-old who was last seen leaving his home early this morning.
Samaad Sims, a Black male, is approximately 75 pounds with a brown complexion, brown eyes, and black hair. There is no clothing description at this time.
Samaad was last seen leaving his home on the 4900 block of N. Uber Street at approximately midnight on August 10, 2024.
