The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating missing person Kenneth M. Loughery.
Kenneth is a 62-year-old male, 5’10”, 160 lbs., with gray eyes and brown hair. He was last seen wearing a purple hat, black shirt, navy shorts, and flip-flop sandals. Kenneth is known to visit the areas of 2nd and Girard Avenue, Love Park, and 10th and Wallace.
