Central Detective Division is seeking the public’s help identifying the individual seen in the following video clip.
On June 4, 2024, at approximately 7:30am, the victim, a 31-year-old female, was walking on the 1200 block of Filbert Street when an unknown white female pulled the complainants hair and demanded money. The victim was then able to walk away without anything being taken.
