The PPD Northwest Detective Division is attempting to identify the individuals responsible for this commercial robbery.
On May 21, 2024, at 6:45PM at the Verizon store located at 7110 Ridge Ave an unknown black male robbed the business threat of gun. The robbery was caught on local business cameras, and it shows a newer model Black Honda Accord pulling into the shopping center parking lot. A short time later the offender gets out and enters the Verizon store and robs the store threat of gun. The offender later flees the store and gets in the passenger side of the Honda. The car is last seen driving southbound on Ridge Ave. The same car and offender committed the same type of robbery an hour later at a Verizon store located in Upper Moreland Township.
- Suspect Description: Black male around 6thin build wearing a light blue hoodie, gray sweatpants with a mask and black biker gloves.
- Vehicle Description: Newer model Black Honda Accord driving with a partially covered paper tag.
