8. When I worked food service for a catering company at a prison. In order to assure my guys gave portions correctly, I’d just let them have WHATEVER was left after service. (The better you do the more for all of you but if you get caught you stole it!” We only had about 4/5 guys on the line/kitchen space in the annex there so It was less to clean/throw away and I’d get fresh squeezed orange juice in return 😂 Even left them a daily Newport and shorts in the food van out back. When I’d say “hey come clean and wash the van out “(food would spill sometimes) but they knew what it meant and would conveniently clean the van and it’s ashtray as well. 😉
