  1. IGNORANCE IS NOT BLISS, IT'S IGNORANT! CAN WE NOT SEE WHOM THE DEMO PARTY AVOIDS TALKING TO!? LIKE DR.UMAR FOR EXAMPLE BUT TO THEIR "ENTERTAINMENT PUPPETS", THEIR SO-CALLED BLK SCHOLARS & BLK CHRISTIANITY CHURCHES, THOSE WHO ARE ALREADY IN " THEIR CONTROL"!! TO HAVE " RACIAL EQUALITY, WHICH GOES AGAINST TMH'S COMMANDMENT TO " BE YE SEPARATE FROM OTHER NATIONS" IS ANOTHER "ILLUSION" & SHOWS THIS TO BE A FACT, IN THAT " RACIAL EQUALITY" IS STILL USED AS DEMO-PARTY'S "CARROT STICK" 60yrs AFTER CIVIL RIGHTS BILL & EXPLOSION OF " DEMO-VOTERS!!
    WAKE-UP PPL!!

  2. Her point was white people already get preferential treatment, based on data, so the question she posed to Robby is what are you going to do about people having racist behavioral patters that impact people of color? If the problem is that people are not getting jobs despite being qualified because of their names, despite having DEI policies, then how do you all plan to fix the problem?

  3. Bre: Despite anti-discrimination policies exist, people still practice racism and get away with it because you don’t know you are experiencing racism when applying for a job at a company since you don’t know how the hiring committee is behaving. The only way to know is if you do a study that looks at behavioral patterns. Therefore, you can’t file a lawsuit as an individual because you don’t know it is happening to you and it is difficult to demonstrate that in the court of law anyway. So what are you going to do about that?

Robby: I’m going to get rid of all the DEI policies because they are discriminatory and do nothing to address the problem you just told me.

  4. I love u guys! Sagaar pulls his punches a lot with Krystal , Whig I believe does a huge disservice to their audience.. When I watch you two, I know I’m getting your truest , undiluted point of view .. I agree more with Robbie, but I actually gain more perspective from BJG! Thank you for being truly authentic!!

  5. Well, Bri is here on this show so we can understand how the far left people think. I disagree with her and think Robbie is correct, and she even irritates me with her ridiculous statements on DEI and other woke policies. But we should all have exposure to those opinions, even if they are absurd to us. It’s good to get an insight on things we don’t necessarily believe in sometimes.

  6. The longer I've seen Ms. Gray-Joy on this program, the more respect I've lost for her and I WAS a big Bernie guy with fairly left-leaning politics. Honestly, I find Robbie's Libertarian takes to be infantile and laughably impractical.

But, Gray-Joy does not engage in good-faith. She takes a discussion off on a tangent, sets up a straw man and then usually concludes her contribution by strongly implying Robbie is racist. I have no idea how the poor guy puts on his suit every day to go to work.

  7. Bri, you said a mouthful, Let take it 1 at a time. 1) The statement that went viral is irresponsible, and you are asking Robbie to defend the indefensible. Conversely, it is equally irresponsible to throw around the word racism. 2) The danger in DEI is that it emphasizes diversity, equity, and inclusion over competence. It's explicit in the name.

  8. Once again, Bri completely misses the point of Elon's statement. If you have 100 open pilot slots and you can fill them with the most qualified pilots (regardless of race) we should feel most secure. But if the airlines are forced to choose a certain number from certain races or groups that means that this certain number COULD have been chosen from candidates that would not have made the cut otherwise. So now everyone on the flight can second-guess whether their pilot would have been in the first pool of most qualified, or the second pool of probably-still-fine-and-will-get-us-there-safetly-but–maybe-not-the-best. This will extend to every field where your life or livelihood is at risk, and that is unsettling. That is the point.

  9. A simple and effective solution to Brihana's question about what policy would prevent people with black sounding names being discriminated against is to anonymise applications so that employers don't learn an applicant's name until after interview shortlisting has taken place which happens at some organisations in the UK including the NHS.

  10. Bri comming from an upper middle class household acting like shes been discriminated against because there is an H in her name while graduating from harvard leaves me confused . I grew up much different from her mostly the streets and have had much less oportunity than her becasue of income and circumstances. Discrimination against anyone is discrimination.

  11. I am absolutely certain no study would ever be published which showed any differences in piloting standards based on race. Our society is so afraid of the accusation of being racist that this study would never happen. The public wants to know that their pilot is competent, not happening.

  12. Briahna is contradicting herself constantly. She still has to shoehorn in the race baiting talking points which essentially amounts to affirmative action policies, which is just going full circle. Her entire focus is self-victimization, there's unhinged bias when confronted with valid information that suggests the contrary. Nothing's answered or properly scrutinized, I'm amazed she has a job on a popular platform.

  13. The problem is that it is quite difficult to find a solution to eradicate racism. And DEI is probably the worst possible solution. Why? For example – do you think that the HR manager will stop avoiding "black" names after the DEI course? What a joke.

The only thing you can possibly do is to do checks that compare the "quality" of the applicants with the results, ie to see to what extent white people with worse or equal credentials got the job instead of black people. It requires time and effort. And after a detailed analysis, you must fire or demote the responsible persons.

Instead, corporations choose DEI programs because they are cheaper, knowing full well that they don't work. To make matters worse – there is often over-correction and you get a bunch of black people who don't deserve that job.

All of the above can also be applied to LGBT people.
