4. One problem with the action of law enforcement is that the laws are left up to interpretation of the law enforcement officer. The fight of whether the law applies falls on the responsibility of the court if such a case should arise.

   There needs to be consequences, or call it coaching if you feel more comfortable, if officers interprets laws in such way that levy inappropriate charges disproportionately.

8. That cop assaulted him several times. I think it was absolutely ILLEGAL and excessive force. He's not telling him to leave, he's harassing him for having a cigarette outside before he goes in. A cop is harrassing him and running into him (assaulting him), trying to get him to push him away so he can arrest him. He also is harassing him.

   Also, contrary to what the citizen said, he can't say "anything," but what he said is ABSOLUTELY protected under the law. No one called police to say, "someone is tresspassing." They did NOT have to prove SHIT to police.

   The fact that he is a supervisor and he did not correct the other cop's statement that he can stop a person for any reason, then went lnto their property PURELY to harass, arrested someone for not identifying themselves (when NO ONE complained of tresspassing on their property) shows how BADLY these police are trained. This was COMPLETELY ILLEGAL. I hope they sued.

    Then they go onto PRIVATE PROPERTY, harrassing the man to show ID or go to jail (WHICH HE DOESN'T HAVE TO). That is NOT obstruction. I also think the "Stop & identify laws" may vefy well be illegal.
    People do NOT have to help police create evidence against them. I have serious doubt that even stop & identify laws apply to private property.

    In this case, they JUST heard "shots in the area." They have ZERO evidence it was on his property.

    My grandparents got T-boned by an F150 going 90 MPH. My grandparents were lucky to be alive. The F150 driver was a cop. The responding officers dragged my grandparents out of the car and separated them. The officers tried to make them give conflicting storys or admit to being at fault. During this time my grandparents dash cam went missing. Both cars got towed away. My grandparents did not get a ride home from the cops but instead got left in the rain. They got a ride from a bystander home. My grandparents got a ticket in the mail for miss-use of emergency services.

30. I’m not one of these ACAB crazy lunatics. I believe in law and order, I believe that there are some good cops out there, I know a few.
    But this video goes to show that (at least in this state) the police as a pubic office and as individuals have WAY TOO MUCH POWER.
    The fact that they can stop a man, release him, then go to his property, trespass, harass his family and then him, WITHOUT ANY declared suspicion of a crime and not be held accountable is fkin SCARY. This is NOT okay.

Hey, thanks for leaving out the important fact that the person that called the police was a judge who knew that there was shooting on the property as it had been done before and that all the paperwork was fired correctly and that she was trying to get these guys arrested but you don't do that audit, do you?
